Davido and Chioma's $3.7M Miami Wedding: Afrobeats Superstar Marries in Spectacular Chivido 2025 Celebration
Love conquered all as Davido and Chioma celebrated their third wedding ceremony in Miami, proving that authentic relationships can survive fame, tragedy, and public scrutiny. Their $3.7 million celebration wasn't just about luxury—it was about resilience, family, and the power of unwavering commitment in the face of life's greatest challenges.
Afrobeats superstar Davido has tied the knot—again—with his longtime partner Chioma Rowland in a breathtaking $3.7 million white wedding that brought together Africa’s most powerful and influential figures.
The August 10, 2025, ceremony in Miami was the couple’s third union, following a court wedding in 2023 and a lavish traditional ceremony in Lagos in 2024. The exclusive waterfront venue shimmered with roses, gold accents, and crystal chandeliers, delivering an unmatched atmosphere of elegance.
Guests of Honour included billionaire Aliko Dangote, Osun State Governor Ademola Adeleke, former Senate President Bukola Saraki, and music stars like Adekunle Gold and Teni.
In a heartfelt tribute, Davido called Chioma his “love, peace, and home”, wearing cufflinks engraved with the face of their late son, Ifeanyi, who died in 2022. Chioma’s designer gown wowed attendees, while Davido gifted her a $300,000 Richard Mille watch during the reception.
The pair’s love story began at Babcock University and has weathered public scrutiny and deep personal loss—including Ifeanyi’s passing and the joyful arrival of twins in the US in 2023.
Branded as Chivido2025, the wedding seamlessly blended Nigerian tradition with global luxury, solidifying their place as one of Africa’s most captivating celebrity couples.
